基于相对船速比的避让行动效果分析

摘　　要：基于相对船速比(来船的相对速度与本船速度之比),当来船保向保速且存在碰撞危险时,本船采取转向结合变速避让行动和两船相互采取转向避让行动而产生的避让效果进行定量分析,并提出了基于相对船速比的来船真运动要素计算方法。Based on the relative ship speed ratio,namely the ratio of relative speeds of two ships navigating in opposite directions,a quantitative analysis is made about the effect of collision avoidance action,where the coming ship maintains the course direction as well as navigation speed,while the other takes collision avoidance action by changing course direction as well as navigation speed.The calculation approach is proposed for the real motion elements of in coming ship on the basis of relative speed ratio.
