摘 要:在高拉速连铸过程中,夹杂物作为典型的不连续缺陷,极易影响坯壳的质量,为阐明夹杂物对Q235B钢基体材料力学性能的影响,采用有限元软件对Q235钢中典型夹杂物及附近钢基体进行力学仿真,研究了嵌入钢基体的夹杂物的尺寸、类型及分布等因素对Q235钢基体的影响。根据仿真结果可知:夹杂物的大小和种类对Q235钢有明显影响。此外,具有尖角的复合夹杂物更容易导致局部应力集中,且当两个夹杂物之间的距离越小,应力集中现象越为显著。因此,在连铸过程中,通过控制相关元素的种类和含量以减少生成具有尖角形状的夹杂物,为提高Q235钢质量提供了理论依据。During the continuous casting process at high drawing speed,inclusions,as typical discontinuity defects,are highly susceptible to affecting the quality of the billet shell.In order to clarify the relationship between inclusions and Q235 steel matrix,finite element software was used to simulate typical inclusions in Q235 steel and nearby steel matrix,and the effects of the size,type and distribution of inclusions embedded in steel matrix on Q235 steel matrix were studied.According to the simulation results,the size and type of inclusions have obvious influence on Q235 steel.In addition,the complex inclusions with sharp angles are more likely to cause local stress concentration,and the smaller the distance between two inclusions,the more obvious the stress concentration phenomenon.Therefore,in the process of continuous casting,the type and content of related elements can be controlled to reduce the formation of inclusions with sharp corner shape,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the process production.
