京津冀土地利用变化及生态效应分析

摘  要:土地利用变化与生态环境之间有着密切联系,厘清二者关系对于推动生态文明建设有着重大的意义。利用京津冀近20年五期土地利用数据,依据涨势、落势图谱、土地利用动态度、转移矩阵、土地利用生态效益与贡献度对京津冀土地利用转型变化及生态效应分析。分析结果表明,研究时间内,京津冀土地利用以耕地、林地、草地为主,耕地面积在不断缩减,林地、草地、未利用地面积变化微小,水域先缩减后增多,而建设用地持续扩张。生态环境改善与恶化并存,但生态效益指数仍呈缓慢下降趋势,生态环境恶化主要原因是耕地、草地、林地的流失。在城市扩张的同时,应兼顾其他地类的转移,探索兼备可持续发展战略的土地最优路径。The relationship between land use change and ecological environment is closely related,and understanding this is crucial for building ecological civilization.By analyzing land use data from the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region over a period of 20 years and 5 periods,this study presents a trend graph of land use over time,a transfer matrix and protocol line displaying land use change,and an evaluation of environmental benefits and contributions based on land use.The results indicate that,except for forests and green spaces,cultivated land dominated during the study period.However,arable land continues to decrease,grasslands remain relatively stable,and unused land is not utilized.The water surface first decreases before it recovers,while construction sites continue to expand.Although improvements and deterioration of the local ecology were observed during this period,the ecological efficiency index usually tends to decline due to the loss of farmland,grassland,or forests.With the rapid expansion of cities,it is necessary to consider other uses of available land to determine the best way to achieve sustainable development.
