面向燃气抢修的移动式快速阀门操作装置研究

摘　　要：在市政燃气管道中,埋地燃气阀门由于规格尺寸不一、安装地点过于分散且运行环境长期面临污水淤泥浸泡等原因,目前仍以人工手动开关为主。为此研发一种移动式快速阀门开关装置替代现有作业方式,以实现阀门快速开关,提高燃气抢险及维修效率。该装置应用到实际作业实践中,能够提升抢修作业效率80%以上,节约人工成本50%以上,革新后的阀门控制作业方式,推动了行业仪器装置科技进步。In municipal gas pipelines,buried gas valves are still manually operated due to differences in specifications and sizes,scattered installation locations and long-term exposure to sewage and sludge immersion in the operating environment.The aim of this research is to develop a mobile quick valve switch device to replace existing operating methods for achieving fast valve opening and closing,improving gas rush-repair efficiency.Applying R&D equipment to practical operations can improve maintenance efficiency by over 80%,save labor costs by over 50%,revolutionize valve control operations and promote technological progress in the industry's instrumentation and equipment.
