摘　　要：在燃气管道工程施工中,风险防控是确保工程安全、质量和进度的重要环节,存在的问题主要包括风险识别不明确、监管措施不一致、责任划分不明确等5个方面。结合工程实例分别从实际地形与设计图纸的差异和工程进度控制出发分析了施工过程中需要具体考虑的各种因素,并给出了相应的对策和措施,有助于提升燃气管道施工质量,为城市燃气管网的正常运行提供保障。In the construction of gas pipeline engineering,risk prevention and control is an important link to ensure the safety,quality and progress of the project.The existing problems mainly include five aspects:unclear risk identification,inconsistent supervision measures,unclear responsibility division and other aspects.Based on engineering examples,various factors that need to be considered in the construction process are analyzed respectively from the differences between actual terrain and design drawings and the control of engineering progress,and corresponding countermeasures and measures are given,which are conducive to improving the construction quality of gas pipelines and providing guarantee for the normal operation of urban gas pipe network.
