摘 要:综合阐述甲醇储氢技术中氢制甲醇、甲醇储运、甲醇制氢、氢气提纯等4个关键环节的发展现状,并分析该技术的经济性。在氢制甲醇方面,以CO为碳源的路线相对成熟,以CO_(2)为碳源的路线还处于技术攻关和中小试;甲醇储运方面,国内总体呈现由西北向东南流通的态势,以汽运为主;甲醇制氢方面,以水蒸气重整制氢为主,技术已相对成熟;氢气提纯方面,以变压吸附为主。甲醇储氢技术经济性分析表明,以CO为碳源的路线优于以CO_(2)为碳源的路线。The development state of hydrogen storage technology by methanol is discussed synthetically in four key aspects:methanol production from hydrogen,transport and storage of methanol,hydrogen production by methanol and hydrogen purification,and the economic benefits of this technology is analyzed.For the aspect of methanol production from hydrogen,the route using CO as the carbon source is relatively mature,while the route using CO_(2) as the carbon source is still in the process of technological research and small and medium-sized trials.For the transport and storage of methanol,the overall circulation trend in China is from northwest to southeast.For the hydrogen production from methanol,steam reforming is the main method and the technology is relatively mature.For the hydrogen purification process,pressure swing adsorption is the main method.The economic analysis of the hydrogen storage in methanol technology shows that route using CO as the carbon source is superior to the route using CO_(2) as the carbon source.
