摘　　要：阐述了“务实规划”理念的内涵。详细介绍了《深圳市天然气管网和场站系统专项规划(2018-2035年,次高压系统)》的编制背景,深圳市的天然气供应体系、用气量预测和规划方案。结合项目编制过程中的心得体会,分享了运用“务实规划”理念开展项目编制的相关经验。This article elaborates on the connotation of the concept of"pragmatic planning",and provides a detailed introduction to the background of the preparation of the"Special Plan for Shenzhen Natural Gas Pipeline Network and Station System(2018-2035,Secondary High Pressure System)",as well as the natural gas supply system,gas consumption prediction,and planning scheme in Shenzhen.Based on the experience gained during the project preparation process,the article shares the relevant experience of using the concept of"pragmatic planning"to carry out project preparation.
