摘 要:以工信部绿色工厂评定为准自然实验,选取2012—2021年A股制造业上市公司为样本,研究绿色制造对企业劳动力规模的影响。结果显示:绿色工厂评定显著提升了企业劳动力规模;产出扩大效应、创新效应和环境风险机制是绿色工厂评定促进就业的潜在渠道;上述影响在劳动密集型行业、非重污染行业、地区环境规制力度薄弱和财务信息透明度低的企业中更为突出,且随绿色工厂特征存在异质性变化。研究结论揭示了绿色工厂评定在稳就业方面的积极作用,为“双碳”背景下实现生态与社会协同治理提供了重要实践启示。Using the quasi-natural experiment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s(MIIT)green factory evaluation,this study selected A-share listed manufacturing companies between 2012 and 2021 as samples to investigate the impact of green manufacturing on the size of the workforce.The results showed that green factory evaluation significantly increased the size of the workforce.Meanwhile,the output expansion effect,innovation effect,and environmental risk mechanism were potential channels through which green factory evaluation promoted employment.These effects were more pronounced in labor-intensive industries,nonpolluting industries,regions with weak environmental regulation,and companies with low financial transparency,and they varied heterogeneously depending on the characteristics of the green factories.The study revealed the positive role of green factory evaluation in stabilizing employment,providing important practical implications for achieving coordinated governance of ecology and society under the“dual carbon”goals.
