摘  要:蓝绿空间作为城市建成环境的重要组成部分,对改善人居环境、提高城市生态建设水平具有重要意义。为了精细化地衡量城市蓝绿空间可达性,以河北省邯郸市主城区为例,通过高德地图API路径规划接口获取每一栋住宅小区建筑至最邻近水体及公园绿地的步行时间,并在此基础上分别计算水体可达性及公园绿地可达性,最后对2类指标进行加权得到蓝绿空间可达性。研究结果表明:1)水体可达性相对较低的住宅小区建筑集中分布于丛台区、邯山区及复兴区的北部。2)公园绿地可达性相对较低的住宅小区建筑集中分布于丛台区北部、邯山区西部及复兴区的西北部。3)蓝绿空间可达性分布呈现出极其不均衡的状态,从整体来看,丛台区的蓝绿空间可达性最高,邯山区次之,复兴区最低,其中,低值区域主要分布在丛台区北部、邯山区及复兴区的西北部;丛台区蓝绿空间可达性高的住宅小区建筑数量最多;复兴区蓝绿空间可达性越高,其对应的住宅小区建筑数量越少。最后,为提升蓝绿空间的可达性,提出了优化存量、增加供给、完善交通网络、合理设置公园出入口等策略。Blue-green space,as an important component of the urban built environment,is of great significance to improve the living environment and to enhance the level of urban ecological construction.In order to accurately measure the accessibility of urban blue-green space,taking the main urban area of Handan City,Hebei Province as an example,the walking time of each residential building to the nearest water body and park green space is obtained through the API path planning interface of Gaode map.On this basis,the accessibility of water body and park green space are calculated respectively.Finally,the two types of indicators are weighted to obtain the accessibility of blue-green space.The results show that:1)residential buildings with relatively low water accessibility are concentrated in the northern part of Congtai District,Hanshan District and Fuxing District;2)residential buildings with relatively low accessibility of park green space are concentrated in the northern part of Congtai District,the western part of Hanshan District,and the northwestern part of Fuxing District;3)the accessibility distribution of blue-green space shows an extremely unbalanced state.On the whole,the accessibility of blue-green space in Congtai District is the highest,followed by Hanshan District,and the lowest in Fuxing District.The low-value areas are mainly distributed in the north of Congtai District,Hanshan District and the northwest of Fuxing District.The number of residential buildings with high accessibility of blue-green space in Congtai District is the largest.The higher the accessibility of blue-green space in Fuxing District,the less the number of corresponding residential buildings.Finally,in order to improve the accessibility of blue-green space,strategies such as optimizing stock,increasing supply,improving transportation network,and reasonably setting park entrances and exits are proposed.
