摘　　要：作为一所坐落在非中心城市的大学,国立山东大学在青岛办学时期探索建立现代大学教育体制,构建综合性大学框架,实现了一所地方性大学的国立化蜕变,在全面抗战前成为全国13所综合性大学之一。探讨国立山东大学的学科凝聚与特色生成的历史进程及其成因,不仅可以丰富对中国高等教育的历史认知,还能深化理解中国现代史上政治与教育、现实与学术的关系。As a university located in a non-central city,National Shandong University explored the establishment of a modern university education system and a comprehensive university framework during its time in Qingdao.It achieved the nationalization transformation of a local university and became one of the 13 comprehensive universities in the country before the all-round War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.Exploring the historical process and causes of disciplinary cohesion and characteristic formation of National Shandong University not only enriches the historical understanding of higher education in China,but also deepens the understanding of the relationship between politics and education,reality and academia in modern Chinese history.
