摘　　要：国内外档案年会主题能够客观反映档案学界与实践部门的关注焦点,每年的年会主题各有侧重。本文基于对2024年国内外档案年会主题的归纳与分析,概括出当前国内外档案工作的特点为重视风险与机遇的辩证统一,并普遍呈现出寻求专业发展定力的整体趋势。两者均说明当前国际档案界对专业发展的判断更加趋于客观与理性。The themes of the annual Conference of Archives at home and abroad can objectively reflect the focus of archival academic circles and practice departments.And the central topic of the annual conference varies from year to year.Based on the induction and analysis of the theme of the 2024 annual Archives Conference at home and abroad,it is summarized that the characteristics of the current archives work at home and abroad are emphasizing the dialectical unity of risk and opportunity,and generally showing the overall trend of seeking professional development.Both of them indicate that the judgment of the current international archives on professional development tends to be more objective and rational.
