摘　　要：选取2004—2022年全球70个主要经济体数据,基于C-H模型实证检验并比较跨国并购与绿地投资两类对外直接投资模式的母国技术进步效应。结果表明:对外直接投资逆向技术溢出通过创新能力提升、创新产出增长两种机制对母国技术进步产生显著的促进效应,并且跨国并购的逆向技术溢出效果整体上要强于绿地投资;开放程度、技术差距、人力资本等对跨国并购和绿地投资母国创新溢出效应具有正向调节作用。由此,我国企业应在对外投资活动中聚焦技术密集型行业,在适当扩大跨国采购比例的前提下促进两类投资模式均衡发展。Select the data from 70 economies from 2004 to 2022 to empirically test and compare the home country's technological progress effect of two types of foreign direct investment models,such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions and greenfield investment,based on the C-H model.The results show that foreign direct investment reverse technology spillover has a significant promoting effect on the technological progress of the home country through the improvement of innovation capabilities and the innovation output growth mechanism,and the reverse technology spillover effect of cross-border mergers and acquisitions is generally stronger than that of green-field investment;The degree of openness,technology gap,human capital have a positive regulatory effect on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and greenfield investment home country innovation spillover effects.Therefore,this article proposes that Chinese enterprises should focus on technology-intensive industries in foreign investment activities and promote the two types of investment models on the premise of appropriately expanding the proportion of cross-border procurement balanced development.
