探析中华农耕文明对中国特色农业强国建设的深邃价值与实践启迪

摘　　要：中华农耕文明是建设中国特色农业强国重要的历史文化资源之一,是建成农业强国的底蕴所在。中华农耕文明具有深厚的历史底蕴,蕴含着丰富的思想价值、人文价值和道德价值。中华农耕文明中的思想资源为制定农业政策、发展农业产业、凝聚农业人才、建设农村社会提供了强大的精神支持。中华农耕文明历程曲折,在应对自然风险、缓解人地矛盾、创新科学技术等方面积累了宝贵的经验,对应对当前复杂形势提供了宝贵参考。未来,应当站在赓续农耕文明的高度建设农业强国,系统推进农业遗产保护工程,积极改造农耕文明,促进农耕文明同现代文明相结合。Chinese agricultural civilization is one of the important historical and cultural resources and the deposits for building up China's strength in agriculture with Chinese characteristics.This article believes that firstly,Chinese agricultural civilization has profound historical details,containing rich ideological,humanistic,and moral values.Secondly,Chinese agricultural civilization with a long history has accumulated valuable experience in dealing with natural risks,alleviating conflicts between people and land,and innovating science and technology,providing valuable reference for dealing with complex situations at present.Thirdly,the ideological resources in Chinese agricultural civilization provide strong cultural support for formulating agricultural policies,developing agricultural industries,gathering agricultural talents,and building rural society.In the future,China should build up its strength in agriculture while inheriting agricultural civilization,systematically boost agricultural heritage protection,actively transform agricultural civilization,and promote the integration of agricultural civilization with modern civilization.
