摘 要:国家综合立体交通网络是支撑现代化经济体系、建设社会主义现代化强国的重要保障。随着我国交通基础设施网络的逐步形成,城市的对外经济联系格局也发生了深刻变化。文章将高铁开通作为一项交通基础设施网络形成的典型事件进行准自然实验,研究交通基础设施网络的形成对城市对外经济联系的影响机制。结果表明:伴随交通基础设施网络的形成,城市对外经济联系总量显著提升;劳动力、资本和技术要素在交通网络增强城市对外经济联系中发挥中介作用;在空间上,交通基础设施网络的形成增强了南方和中西部地区城市的对外经济联系,但对北方、东部和东北地区城市的对外经济联系影响并不显著;在时间上,交通基础设施网络的形成对城市对外经济联系的影响随时间的推移呈现加强—稳定—再加强的阶梯状发展趋势。因此,要进一步统筹优化交通基础设施网络化布局,打造紧密协作的综合立体交通网络;尽快完善城市配套基础设施,提升城市能级与综合竞争力;依托交通基础设施网络,实现产业高质量转移承接,优化生产力空间布局。The national comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network is an important guarantee supporting the modernization of the economic system and building a great modern socialist country.As China's comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network is gradually formed,the pattern of external economic ties of cities has undergone profound changes.This article conducts quasi-natural experiments on the entry of cities into the high-speed rail network as a typical event in transportation infrastructure network formation to study the mechanism of transportation infrastructure network formation in influencing the external economic ties of cities.The results are yielded as follows.(1)As the transportation infrastructure network is formed,the total external economic relations of cities have significantly increased.(2)Labor,capital,and technology play an intermediary role in enhancing the external economic ties of cities through the transportation network.(3)The analysis of spatiotemporal heterogeneity shows that the transportation infrastructure network formation enhances the external economic ties of cities in southern,central,and western China,while it has no significant impact on the external economic ties of cities in northern,eastern,and northeastern China.In terms of time,the impact of transportation infrastructure network formation on the external economic ties of cities presents a stepped trend of strengthening,stabilizing,and further strengthening over time.According to the results,it is necessary to keep improving the layout and create a comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network featuring close coordination.The supporting infrastructures of cities should be improved as soon as possible to elevate the level and comprehensive competitiveness of cities.The transportation infrastructure network can be leveraged to achieve high-quality transfer and acceptance of industries and optimize the spatial layout of productive forces.
