摘　　要：文章基于新质生产力驱动经济发展的理论逻辑,分析东北地区科技赋能经济高质量发展的客观现实及面临的主要问题。从整体看,科技创新在东北经济发展中发挥了显著的赋能作用,但也面临科教资源的支撑作用尚未充分发挥、科技创新环境竞争力较弱制约赋能作用发挥、区域科技创新体系尚不完善、产业结构失衡导致科技创新的市场导向失衡等问题。对此,东北地区应积极推进科技强省建设,注重培育发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业,加大科研经费的投入力度,扩大新产品开发的经费支出,促进知识创造和创新能力的持续提升,通过不断优化促进科技创新发展的政策制度体系,使科技要素更好赋能地区经济社会的高质量发展。According to the theoretical logic of new-quality productive forces driving economic development,this article analyzes the reality and main problems in the process of science and technology empowering high-quality economic development in northeast China.Overall,scientific and technological innovation has played a role in empowering the economic development of northeast China.However,this process faces challenges such as insufficient support from scientific and educational resources,weak competitiveness of the scientific and technological innovation environment,unsound regional scientific and technological innovation system,and imbalanced market orientation in technological innovation due to imbalanced industrial structure.In view of these challenges,the three provinces in northeast China should take active measures to build up the strength in science and technology.The specific measures include cultivating and developing strategic emerging and future industries,increasing the investment in research,expanding expenditure on new product development,and continuously promoting knowledge creation and improving innovation capability.In addition,the policy and system should be optimized for promoting the innovation and development of science and technology,so that science and technology can better empower the high-quality development of the regional economy and society.
