摘  要:以PB80(抗穿刺力弱)与PHJ65(抗穿刺力强)为亲本组配的310个重组自交系为材料,采用重测序技术对群体进行基因型分型,结合3个环境下群体茎秆第3节穿刺强度、长度及其直径进行QTL定位。结果表明,共检测到12个玉米茎秆穿刺强度QTLs,单个QTL可解释的表型变异为0.09%~10.67%,其中效应最大的QTL qSRPR2-4在2个环境下重复检测到,认定为主效QTL。节间长度共检测出QTLs 13个,单个QTL可解释的表型变异为2.39%~8.17%。节间直径共检测到QTLs 7个,单个QTL可解释的表型变异为2.61%~8.21%。同时从主效QTL qS⁃RPR2-4区段内筛选出3个候选基因(AC194970.5_FG005、GRMZM2G028905、GRMZM5G823629),这3个基因均影响茎秆细胞壁纤维素含量。QTL mapping for the rind penetrometer resistance,length and diameter of the third internode in 310 recombination inbred lines derived from a cross between PB80(weak penetration resistance)and PHJ65(strong pene⁃tration resistance)under three environments were carried out by employed the next-generation sequencing technolo⁃gy for population genotyping.The results indicated that a total of 12 putative QTLs for rind penetrometer resistance were found,each explaining 0.09%-10.67%of the phenotypic variation.Among them,QTLqSRPR2-4 with the larg⁃est effect among the 12 QTLs was repeated detected in two environments,and was identified as main effect QTL.A total of 13 putative QTLs for stem length were detected,each accounting for 2.39%-8.17%of the phenotypic varia⁃tion.Seven QTLs for stem diameter were identified,explaining 2.61%-8.21%of the phenotypic variation.Mean⁃while,three candidate genes(AC194970.5_FG005,GRMZM2G028905,GRMZM5G823629)were screened from the genomic region of the main effect QTL qSRPR2-4.The three genes affect the cellulose content of stem cell wall.
