摘  要:通过试验,研究适合红千层扦插生根的植物生长激素与适宜的浓度。选用当年生的红千层枝条进行对照试验。采用3种激素:吲哚丁酸(IBA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA),分别配置50、100、200 mg/L,以及IAA+IBA100 mg/L、IAA+NAA100 mg/L、NAA+IBA1100 mg/L,3种浓度的溶液浸泡红千层插条5 min,进行扦插生根的试验,研究不同类型、不同浓度的植物生长激素对红千层的生根效应,筛选提高成活率的最佳试剂以及最佳浓度。不同植物生长激素处理对红千层扦插繁殖的影响,其结果为IAA(100 mg/L)成活效果最好,达86.7%,其次为IAA/IBA(100 mg/L)、IBA(200 mg/L)、IAA(50 mg/L)、IBA成活效果一般,NAA成活效果相对较差。Through experiments,the plant growth hormone and suitable concentration suitable for the rooting of cuttings of Callistemon rigidus R.Br were studied.The control experiment was carried out with the Callistemon rigidus R.Br of the same year.3 kinds of were hormone used:indobutyric acid(IBA),indoleacetic acid(IAA),naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA),respectively configured with 50 mg/L,100 mg/L,200 mg/L,and IAA+IBA100 mg/L,IAA+NAA100 mg/L,NAA+IBA100 mg/L.The cuttings were soaked in three concentrations of solution for 5 min,and the rooting test was carried out.The rooting effects of different types and concentrations of plant growth hormone on Callistemon rigidus R.Br were studied,and the best reagent and concentration to improve the survival rate were screened.The effects of different plant growth hormone treatments on the cutting propagation of Callistemon rigidus R.Br showed that the survival effect of IAA(100 mg/L)was 86.7%,followed by IAA/IBA(100 mg/L),IBA(200 mg/L)and IAA(50 mg/L).The survival effect of IBA is general,and the survival effect of NAA is relatively poor.
