基于乡村振兴战略的“和美乡村”规划体系研究——以D村为例

摘　　要：旨在探讨“和美乡村”战略满足农业农村高质量发展及农民高质量生活需求的未来实践趋势。运用地域社会理论审视“和美乡村”,从“铸魂”与“塑形”两方面进行内涵界定;同时结合“针灸理论”,探讨了乡村公共空间物质更新与文脉传承之间协调发展的有效手段。最后以河南省D村为例,提出了“和美乡村”的规划体系。D村的实践表明,地域社会理论结合“针灸理论”策略,使得铸魂与塑形相互促进,增强村民的认同感的同时,通过局部干预引发连锁反应,提升地域环境,克服经济制约,加速推动地域社会经济与文化的全面发展,以当地文化的传承和创新赋能乡村振兴。以期为同类型乡村振兴的探索与“和美乡”村发展规划提供参考与借鉴。The purpose of this study is to explore the future practice trends of the"harmonious countryside"strategy to meet the needs of high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas and high-quality life of farmers.Using the theory of regional society to examine"harmonious countryside",the study defines the connotation of"casting soul"and"shaping shape";at the same time,combining with the theory of acupuncture,the study explores the effective means to harmonize the development between material renewal and cultural inheritance in rural public space.Finally,the planning system of"Harmonious Village"is proposed by taking Henan Province's Village D as an example.The combination of the theory of"regional society"and the strategy of"acupuncture theory"makes it possible to promote the mutual reinforcement of"soul casting"and"molding",enhance the sense of identity of the villagers,trigger a chain reaction through local interventions,improve the regional environment,overcome economic constraints,accelerate the overall development of the regional social economy and culture,and empower rural revitalization through the inheritance and innovation of the local culture.This study aims to provide a reference for the exploration of the same type of rural revitalization and the development planning of harmonious villages.
