摘　　要：采用文献查阅、座谈调研等研究方法,融合了包含一线师生和教学管理人员的诉求以及社会对高等理工科教育的思政诉求,提出了包含四个步骤的“大思政”视角下高等教育理工科课程思政建设“同频共振”新格局的构建框架,为高等教育理工科课程思政建设“深水区”改革提供了宏观级、系统级以及应用级的建设参考方案。This article is based on research methods such as literature review and symposium research,integrating the demands of frontline teachers and students,teaching management personnel,and the ideological and political demands of society towards higher education.It proposes a construction framework of a new pattern of"co frequency resonance"in the ideological and political construction of science and engineering courses in higher education from the perspective of"big ideological and political",which includes four steps.It provides a macro level reform for the"deep water zone"of ideological and political construction of science and engineering courses in higher education System level and application level construction reference scheme.
