摘  要:胸痹心痛(冠心病)的发病率逐年上升,中医治疗该疾病的效果显著,而辨证证型本质的探索是中医接轨循证医学的重要途径。代谢组学是继基因组学和蛋白质组学后发展起来的新的组学技术,能将机体受内外源性刺激后发生的微小变化通过小分子代谢物表达出来,本研究探索了胸痹心痛不同证型的标志性代谢物及代谢通路以阐述证型实质,以期为胸痹心痛的证型诊断提供科学依据,也为其防治及预后提供参考。The incidence rate of chest stuffiness and heartache(coronary heart disease)is increasing year by year,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the disease is remarkable.The exploration of the essence of syndrome differentiation is an important way for traditional Chinese medicine to integrate with evidence-based medicine.Metabolomics is a new omics technology developed after genomics and proteomics,which can express the small changes that occur in the body after internal and external stimuli through small molecule metabolites.This study explores the characteristic metabolites and metabolic pathways of different types of chest pain syndrome to elucidate the essence of the syndrome,in order to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis of chest pain syndrome,as well as reference for its prevention,treatment and prognosis.
