封髓丹加减治疗虚阳浮越型高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：针对虚阳浮越型高血压行封髓丹加减治疗,观察其对患者血压水平、中医证候积分及实验室检查指标的影响。以2022年6月—2023年6月门诊收治的60例虚阳浮越型高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30,常规西医治疗)和观察组(n=30,常规西医治疗联合建瓴封髓丹加减治疗)。对比两组患者疗效、血压水平、中医证候积分、实验室检查指标。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各实验室检查各指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,封髓丹加减治疗有利于改善虚阳浮越型高血压患者的血压水平及中医证候,降低患者的血脂及炎症因子水平,疗效显著。Observation of the effects of modified Fengsui Dan on blood pressure levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and laboratory test indicators in patients with hypertension of the deficiency yang floating type.Sixty patients with deficiency yang floating type hypertension admitted to the outpatient department from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30,conventional Western medicine treatment)and an observation group(n=30,conventional Western medicine treatment combined with Jianling Fengsui Dan modified treatment)using a random number table method.Compare the efficacy,blood pressure levels,TCM syndrome scores,and laboratory test indicators between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the blood pressure level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of various laboratory indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that modified Fengsui Dan treatment is beneficial for improving blood pressure levels and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients with deficiency yang floating type hypertension,reducing blood lipids and inflammatory factor levels,and has significant therapeutic effects.
