丙泊酚诱导+阿芬太尼静脉泵注维持应用于无痛胃镜麻醉中的有效性及安全性探讨

摘　　要：探讨在无痛胃镜麻醉中应用丙泊酚诱导+阿芬太尼静脉泵注维持的有效性及安全性。选取100例接受无痛胃镜麻醉的患者为研究对象,研究时间为2022年—2023年,采用双盲法进行分组,将实施丙泊酚静脉全身麻醉的患者纳入对照组(n=50),实施丙泊酚诱导+阿芬太尼静脉泵注维持的患者纳入试验组(n=50)。结果显示,试验组患者术中平均动脉压及血氧饱和度均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的丙泊酚用量少于对照组,苏醒时间短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对无痛胃镜患者应用丙泊酚诱导+阿芬太尼静脉泵注维持能够满足无痛胃镜检查对于麻醉的要求,有效控制麻醉药物的用量,缩短患者的苏醒时间,保证患者治疗的安全性,值得应用推广。To investigate the efficacy and safety of propofol induction+intravenous pumping of alfentanil in painless gastroscopic anesthesia.A total of 100 patients who received painless gastroscopic anesthesia were selected from 2022 to 2023,and the patients who underwent intravenous general anesthesia with propofol were included in the control group(n=50),and the patients who underwent propofol induction+intravenous pumping maintenance with alfentanil were included in the experimental group(n=50).The results showed that the mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the dosage of propofol in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).It was found that the application of propofol induction+alfentanil intravenous pumping maintenance for painless gastroscopy patients can meet the requirements of painless gastroscopy for anesthesia,effectively control the dosage of anesthetic drugs,shorten the recovery time of patients,and ensure the safety of patient treatment,which is worthy of application and promotion.
