摘　　要：使用超声引导对危重症患者进行动脉采血,研究超声引导技术在危重症患者救治中的应用价值,为医院医护人员行动脉采血提供新思路。以桐乡市第四人民医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的100例接受动脉采血的危重症患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组应用传统盲穿法,观察组应用超声引导技术,对比两组患者的穿刺成功率、血液样本合格率以及不良反应发生情况。结果显示,观察组患者的穿刺成功率以及血液样本合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,危重症患者采血中超声引导技术的应用效果显著,可提高采血成功率,保证血液样本质量,患者不易出现不良反应,具有极高的推广价值。Using ultrasound guidance to perform arterial blood collection on critically ill patients,this study aims to investigate the application value of ultrasound guidance technology in the treatment of critically ill patients,and provide new ideas for hospital medical staffto perform arterial blood collection.100 critically ill patients who underwent arterial blood collection at the Fourth People’s Hospital of Tongxiang from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional blind puncture method,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided technology.The success rate of puncture,the qualification rate of blood samples,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the success rate of puncture and the qualification rate of blood samples in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application effect of ultrasound-guided technology in blood collection for critically ill patients is significant,which can improve the success rate of blood collection,ensure the quality of blood samples,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in patients,making it highly valuable for promotion.
