针刺夹脊穴与刺络拔罐结合治疗带状疱疹患者的效果分析

摘　　要：讨论评估在带状疱疹患者的临床治疗过程中应用中医针刺夹脊穴与刺络拔罐联合方案的效果及价值。选取2018年6月—2019年6月于岑巩县人民医院就诊的94例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为对比组和讨论组,每组各47例。对比组采取常规治疗,讨论组采取针刺夹脊穴与刺络拔罐联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果显示,讨论组生活质量评分高于对比组,疗效优于对比组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,讨论组皮疹评分和疼痛评分均低于对比组(P<0.05);治疗后,讨论组新发水疱数量、水疱面积、结痂和脱痂时间等均优于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,运用针刺夹脊穴联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹患者,可以提高临床疗效,加快患者病情缓解速度,促使患者生活质量好转。Discuss and evaluate the effectiveness and value of using a combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and cupping therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with herpes zoster.94 patients with herpes zoster who visited Cengong County People’s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and a discussion group according to the drawing method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the discussion group received a combination of acupuncture at the Jiaji acupoint and cupping therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.The results showed that the quality of life score of the discussion group was higher than that of the control group,and the therapeutic effect was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the rash score and pain score of the discussion group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the number of new blisters,blister area,scab formation and detachment time in the discussion group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and cupping therapy for herpes zoster patients can improve clinical efficacy,accelerate the speed of disease relief,and promote the improvement of patients’quality of life.
