电针颈夹脊穴联合关节错缝术治疗颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：观察电针颈夹脊穴联合关节错缝术治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。选取黔西南州中医院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的60例混合型颈椎病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各30例。对照组行常规电针治疗,研究组行电针颈夹脊穴联合关节错缝术治疗,治疗10天后,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率和疼痛视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)。结果显示,研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组颈椎病治疗成绩评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用电针颈夹脊穴联合关节错缝术治疗颈椎病能够起到良好的镇痛作用,改善颈椎小关节紊乱状态,提高混合型颈椎病临床治疗总有效率,促进患者尽快康复。Observation of the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at the cervical spine point combined with joint dislocation surgery for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Sixty patients with mixed cervical spondylosis admitted to Qiannan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine electroacupuncture treatment,while the study group received electroacupuncture at the cervical spine point combined with joint dislocation surgery treatment.After 10 days of treatment,the total effective rate and pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the performance score of cervical spondylosis treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that using electroacupuncture at the cervical spine point combined with joint dislocation surgery to treat cervical spondylosis can have a good analgesic effect,improve the disorder of cervical small joints,increase the overall clinical treatment efficiency of mixed cervical spondylosis,and promote patients’speedy recovery.
