电刺激生物反馈疗法结合康复训练治疗更年期压力性尿失禁的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：探讨针对更年期压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)患者实施电刺激生物反馈疗法+康复训练的临床疗效。选取2021年3月—2022年3月德阳市人民医院收治的90例更年期SUI患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采取电刺激生物反馈疗法,观察组则采取电刺激生物反馈疗法+康复训练,比较两组患者的临床疗效、盆底肌肌力、尿道功能指标。结果显示,治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌肌力、尿道功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,电刺激生物反馈疗法结合康复训练治疗更年期SUI的效果较好,可增强患者的盆底肌肌力,优化患者的尿道功能,提高患者的治疗总有效率,值得临床推广和应用。Exploring the clinical efficacy of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with rehabilitation training for menopausal stress urinary incontinence(SUI)patients.Ninety menopausal SUI patients admitted to Deyang People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy,while the observation group received electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy plus rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength,and urethral function indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the observation group had a higher overall effective rate compared to the control group(P<0.05);The pelvic floor muscle strength and urethral function indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy and rehabilitation training has a good effect on treating menopausal SUI,which can enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients,optimize their urethral function,and improve the overall treatment efficiency of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
