摘  要:为提高铁尾矿砂的大规模资源化利用,研究铁尾矿砂掺入基层混合料之中性能及工程应用的可行性。由于铁尾矿砂超细颗粒的材料属性,其与水泥固化作用有限,因此采用“固化剂+铁尾矿砂+铣刨料+水”拌和后作为基层混合料,将其应用到路面基层,并对铁尾矿和含铁尾矿基层混合料进行了一系列试验和分析。研究结果表明,固化铁尾矿砂基层材料工程应用满足国内规范要求,也为铁尾矿砂规模化应用提供了新思路。In order to improve the large-scale resource utilization of iron tailings,in this paper,the performance and engineering application feasibility of iron tailings mixed with base mixture are studied.Due to the material properties of ultrafine particles of iron tailings sand,its solidification effect with cement is limited.Therefore,the base mixture mixed with"curing agent+iron tailings sand+inorganic recycling materials+water"is adopted,which is applied to the pavement base,and a series of tests and analysis are carried out on the base mixture of iron tailings and iron tailings.The research results show that the solidified iron tailings sand milling material base used in this paper meets the requirements of the specification,which also expands a new idea for the large-scale resource utilization of iron tailings sand.
