新疆公路交通运输与旅游业耦合协调发展研究

摘　　要：公路交通运输与旅游业的协调发展对区域经济的发展具有重要意义。对于两者之间较为复杂的耦合协调关系的相关研究也一直受到广泛关注。为能够正确认识公路交通运输与旅游业两者之间的耦合协调关系,探索两者之间的耦合协调作用机理,促进两者的可持续协调发展,为此,构建了新疆公路交通运输与旅游业发展评价指标体系,并借助熵值权重法及耦合协调模型,对2010年~2020年新疆公路交通运输与旅游业耦合协调发展状况进行了相关深入分析。从研究结果来看,新疆公路交通运输与旅游业耦合协调度整体呈现上升发展趋势,主要经历了2010年的失调衰退阶段,2011年~2015年的过渡阶段和2016年~2020年的协调发展阶段3个阶段。2020年受到“疫情”不可抗力因素影响,公路交通运输与旅游业耦合协调度有所下降,相应等级由优质协调发展降低到初级协调发展,但总体趋势还是属于协调发展阶段。通过本研究,可以清楚了解到新疆公路交通运输与旅游业之间的耦合协调发展状态,为今后促使两者耦合协调度发展达到优质效果,提供相关措施建议。The coordinated development of highway transportation and the tourism industry holds pivotal significance for regional economic growth.The related research on the complex coupling and coordination relationship between the two has also been widely concerned.Understanding the coupled coordination between these sectors and exploring the mechanisms fostering their harmonious interaction is crucial for promoting sustainable,synchronized growth.To achieve this,an evaluation framework is established for the development of highway transportation and tourism in Xinjiang.By means of entropyweighted methodology and a coupling coordination model,a detailed analysis spanning 2010 to 2020 is conducted to assess the coupled coordination of these sectors in Xinjiang.The findings reveal an overall upward trend in the coupled coordination of highway transportation and tourism,despite experiencing distinct phases:a period of imbalance and decline in 2010,a transitional phase from 2011 to 2015,and a phase of co0rdinated development from 2016 to 2020.However,in 2020,due to the unforeseen impact of the pandemic,the coupled coordination between highway transportation and tourism witnessed a decline.This resulted in a shift from a superior coordinated state to a primary level,although the overarching trend still indicates coordinated development.This study offers a clear understanding of the coupled coordination status between highway transportation and the tourism industry in Xinjiang,which also provides recommendations to enhance their coordinated development for superior outcomes in the future.
