基于空间句法的服务区商业区动线设计研究

摘　　要：随着社会的不断进步,“交通+旅游”成为交通运输和旅游业落实新发展理念的重要举措,开放式服务区在交通旅游融合中具有重要地位。以交旅融合发展的开放式服务区为研究对象,运用空间句法对龙腾服务区拓展商业区建筑布局的整合度和视域进行分析,评估服务区拓展商业区各建筑物对游客的吸引力和商业价值,从而落实商业业态的细化布局,确定动线设计方案,为店铺业态的选择提供量化依据。通过对商业业态布局的精细化设计,服务区显著提升了各业态对游客的吸引力,进一步增强了商业区的可视性。这一研究成果不仅为祁婺高速龙腾服务区商业区的人流动线设计提供了量化依据,也为类似项目的规划和建设提供了有益的参考。With the continuous advancement of the society,transportation plus tourism has become an important measure to implement the new development concept of transportation and tourism industry.The open highway service area have an important position in the transportation and tourism integration.In the paper,the open highway service area is taken as the research object,space syntax is used to analyze the integration degree and vision of architectural layout of the extended commercial district of Longteng Service Area,so as to further evaluate the attraction and commercial value of the building to visitors,which aims to execute the detailed layout of commercial patterns and to determine the circulation design scheme,thus to provide quantitative basis for the selection of store business forms.Through the fine design of the commercial layout,the service area significantly improves the attraction of each commercial to tourists and further enhances the visibility of the commercial district.The study results provide a quantitative basis for the design of circulation in the commercial district of Longteng Service Area of Qimen-Wuyuan Expressway,which also provides a useful reference for the planning and construction of similar projects.
