摘 要:为进一步对煤基超硬质沥青(SHA)改性沥青进行性能评价,分析其与集料的黏附性,基于沥青分级试验及黏附性试验,通过针入度分析及PG分级分析不同掺量煤基超硬质沥青改性沥青的性能分级,并通过水浸法与表面自由能法得出其与碱性、酸性集料的黏附性分级。研究结果表明:从地域使用环境出发,改性沥青中SHA合理使用掺量范围应小于20%;改性沥青的黏附性随SHA掺量的增加而改善,SHA能够有效改善沥青与集料的界面黏附能力,当SHA掺量由0提高至5%时,可使沥青与石灰岩黏附等级由4级升到5级,与花岗岩的黏附等级由2级升到4级,与石灰岩、花岗岩集料的黏附功分别增加0.63%、1.72%,说明SHA对酸性集料与沥青的黏附能力提高具有较好的作用。研究成果为沥青混合料中集料选择拓宽了范围。In order to further evaluate the performance of coal-based super-hard asphalt(SHA)modified asphalt and analyze its adhesion to aggregates,based on asphalt grading test and adhesion test,the performance classification of coal-based SHA modified asphalt with different content is analyzed by penetration analysis and PG classification, and its adhesion classification with alkaline and acidic aggregatesare obtained by water immersion method and surface free energy method. The results show that thereasonable amount of SHA in modified asphalt should be less than 20% in terms of regional useenvironment. The adhesion of modified asphalt is improved with the increase of SHA content, SHA caneffectively improve the interface adhesion ability of asphalt and aggregate. When the SHA content isincreased from 0 to 5%, the adhesion grade of asphalt and limestone can be changed from 4 to 5, and theadhesion grade of granite can be changed from 2 to 4. The adhesion to limestone and granite aggregatesincreases by 0. 63% and 1. 72%, respectively, indicating that SHA has a good effect on improving theadhesion ability of acidic aggregates and asphalt. The research results has broaden the scope of aggregateselection in asphalt mixture.
