摘 要:针对传统水下不分散混凝土的抗分散性和流动性难以协同的问题,以飞龙大桥深水承台封底施工为依托,研究絮凝剂、水胶比和粉煤灰掺量对水下不分散混凝土的工作性能、抗分散性能和力学性能的影响,进而确定深水承台封底水下不分散混凝土的配合比,并进行模型灌注试验进行验证。试验结果表明,在水下不分散混凝土絮凝剂掺量为2.0%,水胶比为0.42和粉煤灰的掺量为30.0%时,配制出水下不分散混凝土的流动性和抗分散性能满足施工要求,且有较优的水陆抗压强度比,灌注模型试验也验证其具有良好的水下浇筑性能。In response to the problem of difficulty in coordinating the anti-dispersion and flowability of traditional anti-washout underwater concrete,the construction of deep water pile cap sealing bottom of Feilong Bridge is taken as the background to study the influence of flocculants,water cement ratio,and fly ash content on the working performance,anti-dispersion performance,and mechanical properties of antiwashout underwater concrete,and further to determine the mix proportion of anti-washout underwater concrete for deep water pile cap sealing bottom,which is verified through model grouting tests.The experimental results show that the flowability and anti-dispersion performance of the prepared underwater anti-washout underwater concrete meet the construction requirements when the dosage of the flocculant is 2.0%,the water cement ratio is 0.42,and the dosage of fly ash is 30.0%.The water to land compressive strength ratio is also excellent,and the pouring model test further verifies its good underwater pouring performance.
