摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮中添加谷氨酰胺对羔羊生长性能、血清免疫指标和养分表观消化率的影响。试验将120只均重(6.71±0.43)kg的15日龄健康哺乳期湖羔羊随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%,0.2%和0.4%的谷氨酰胺,预饲期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮补充0.2%和0.4%的L-Glu组羔羊末重分别显著提高6.17%和7.93%(P<0.05),平均日增重分别显著提高15.22%和19.90%(P<0.05),料肉比分别显著降低10.05%和12.18%(P<0.05);日粮补充0.1%~0.4%的L-Glu组显著提高羔羊血清IgG含量,并显著降低血清TNF-α含量(P<0.05),0.2%的L-Glu组羔羊的血清IL-2含量显著提高(P<0.05);添加0.1%~0.4%的L-Glu使得羔羊粗蛋白表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),补充0.2%和0.4%的L-Glu组羔羊的粗纤维和中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:补充0.4%的L-Glu能显著提高哺乳羔羊生产性能、血清免疫力和养分表观消化率。The experiment aims to explore the effects of adding glutamine to the diet on the growth performance,serum immune indicators,and nutrient apparent digestibility of lambs.120 healthy lactating lake lambs with an average weight of(6.71±0.43)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 5 sheep in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,while the experimental group was supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%,and 0.4%glutamine in the basic diet,respectively.The pre trial period was 7 days,and the main trial period was 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the diet supplemented with 0.2%and 0.4%L-Glu significantly increased the final weight of lambs by 6.17%and 7.93%(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain significantly increased by 15.22%and 19.90%(P<0.05),respectively.The feed to meat ratio significantly decreased by 10.05%and 12.18%(P<0.05);Supplementing with 0.1%~0.4%L-Glu significantly increased the serum IgG content of lambs and significantly reduced the serum TNF-αcontent(P<0.05).The serum IL-2 content of lambs with 0.2%L-Glu was significantly increased(P<0.05);The addition of 0.1%~0.4%L-Glu significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein in lambs(P<0.05),while the supplementation of 0.2%and 0.4%L-Glu significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude fiber and neutral detergent fiber in lambs(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplementing with 0.4%L-Glu can significantly improve the production performance,serum immunity,and nutrient apparent digestibility of lactating lambs.
