摘　　要：文章旨在探讨双氢青蒿素对断奶仔猪生长性能、肝脏生化指标及免疫指标的影响。试验将200头21日龄、体重相当且健康的断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,1组设定为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,剩余3组设定为试验组,饲喂添加不同水平双氢青蒿素的基础日粮,其中试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别添加40、80、160 mg/kg的双氢青蒿素,试验为期28 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验组仔猪的日均采食量、日均增重量提高,料重比降低,尤其是试验2组各项指标均明显更优,组间差异显著(P<0.05);(2)与对照组相比,试验组仔猪总蛋白(TP)水平显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)显著提高(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,试验组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平明显更高,组间差异显著(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平明显更高,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。综合本试验测定指标,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加双氢青蒿素,不仅在一定程度上促进了仔猪的生长性能,改善其肝脏功能,还有助于提高仔猪免疫力。The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of dihydroartemisinin on the growth performance,liver biochemical indicators and immune indicators of weaned piglets.A total of 200 weaned piglets aged 21 days,of similar weight,and healthy were selected and divided into 4 groups by random grouping,with 5 replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate.One group was set as the control.Group 1 was fed a basal diet,and the remaining 3 groups were set as experimental groups and fed basal diets supplemented with dihydroartemisinin at different levels,among which the dihydroartemisinin added in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢwas tested They were 40mg/kg,80mg/kg,and 160mg/kg respectively,and a 28-day experiment was conducted.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily weight gain of piglets in the experimental group were significantly higher,and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower.In particular,all indicators of the experimental group 2 were significantly better.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);(2)Compared to the control group,the experimental group of piglets exhibited significantly higher levels of TP,with a notable intergroup difference(P<0.05).In contrast to the control group,the experimental groupⅢshowed significantly elevated levels of AST,TBIL,and AKP,demonstrating a significant intergroup difference(P<0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,the levels of IL-10 and IgG in the experimental group were significantly higher,and the difference between the groups was significant.(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the IL-4 levels in test groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly higher,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Based on the indicators measured in this experiment,adding dihydroartemisinin to the diet of weaned piglets not only promoted the growth performance of the piglets to a certain extent,improved their liver function,but also helped to improve the piglets'immunity.
