摘  要:为分析基础日粮中不同水平牛至油对肉牛生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的影响。试验选取120头10月龄、体重相近(341.25±3.74kg)的健康肉牛,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余3组分别用基础日粮+100、200、300 g/t牛至油饲喂。试验为期60 d,试验期间所有肉牛自由采食、自由饮水。结果显示:(1)生长性能方面,与对照组相比,试验组干物质采食量和平均日增重均有提高,其中200 g/t牛至油组显著提高14.32%(P<0.05)、13.71%(P<0.05);300 g/t牛至油组显著提高11.44%(P<0.05)、11.29%(P<0.05)。(2)肉品质方面,与对照组相比,100、200、300 g/t牛至油组失水率、蒸煮损失、剪切力均显著降低(P<0.05),且100、200 g/t牛至油组失水率显著高于300 g/t牛至油组(P<0.05)。(3)经济效益方面,与对照组相比,100、200、300 g/t牛至油组饲料成本均显著提高(P<0.05),且100 g/t牛至油组饲料成本显著低于200、300 g/t牛至油组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,200、300 g/t牛至油组饲料消耗量、肉牛增重、增重效益、毛利润均显著提高(P<0.05)。其中200 g/t牛至油组的毛利润最高,达到648.13元/头。综上所述,在肉牛养殖中,牛至油具有提高生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的效果。其中,牛至油添加水平为200 g/t时,肉牛生长性能和经济效益指标最佳。To analyze the effects of different levels of oregano oil in the basic diet on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of beef cattle.120 healthy beef cattle at 10 months old with similar weight(341.25±3.74kg)were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 10 cows in each replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet according to the Beef Cattle Feeding Standards(NY/T815-2004),while the other three groups were fed a basic diet+100 g/t,200 g/t,and 300 g/t of oregano oil,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days,during which all beef cattle were free to feed and drink.The results showed that:(1)In terms of growth performance,compared with the control group,the experimental group showed an increase in dry matter intake and average daily weight gain,with a significant increase of 14.32%(P<0.05)and 13.71%(P<0.05)in the 200 g/t oil group;The 300 g/t beef oil group significantly increased by 11.44%(P<0.05)and 11.29%(P<0.05).(2)In terms of meat quality,compared with the control group,the 100,200 and 300 g/t beef jerky oil group showed significant reductions in water loss,cooking loss,and shear force(P<0.05),and the 100 g/t beef jerky oil group and 200 g/t beef jerky oil group had significantly higher water loss rates than the 300 g/t beef jerky oil group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of economic benefits,compared with the control group,the feed costs of the 100,200 and 300 g/t beef oil group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed costs of the 100 g/t beef oil group were significantly lower than those of the 200 and 300 g/t beef oil group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the 200 and 300 g/t beef oil group significantly increased feed consumption,beef cattle weight gain,weight gain benefits,and gross profit(P<0.05).The gross profit of the 200 g/t beef to oil group is the highest,reaching 648.13 yuan/head.In summary,in beef cattle farming,oregano oil has the effect of improving growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits.Amo
