摘  要:目的:分析合并新型冠状病毒(COVID-19)感染的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析9例COVID-19感染的STEMI患者的临床资料,分析其临床特点、影像学特征、治疗及转归情况。结果:9例COVID-19感染的STEMI患者中,男性5例[55.6%(5/9)],女性4例[44.4%(4/9)],年龄(72.4±12.4)岁。9例患者均接受了经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI),其中有5例[55.6%(5/9)]患者的TIMI血流分级为0~1级,5例[55.6%(5/9)]存在冠状动脉急性血栓,3例[33.3%(3/9)]患者的TIMI血栓分级均为4~5级。结论:COVID-19感染的STEMI患者的血栓形成率较高,且其动脉血栓负荷更严重,临床医生需更进一步认识新冠感染后的心血管危害。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of 9 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction infected by Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:9 patients with STEMI infected by COVID-19 were retrospectively analyzed.The data reviewed included those of clinical characteristics and radiographic features,treatment and results.Results:Among the 9 patients,there were 5(55.6%)males and 4(44.4%)females,with an average age of(72.4±12.4)years.All of them underwent a Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI)procedure.5(55.6%)of them had the levels of TIMI flow grade 0~1.5(55.6%)of them had acute coronary thrombosis,3(33.3%)of them had the levels of TIMI thrombus grade 4~5.Conclusion:Patients with STEMI infected by COVID-19 have a higher rate of thrombosis and a higher arterial thrombus burden,which clinicians need to deepen the understanding of the risks of cardiovascular diease after COVID-19 infection.
