神经肌肉关节促进技术在肩袖损伤关节镜术后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察神经肌肉关节促进技术(NJF)在肩袖损伤关节镜术后的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月在本院接受肩关节镜下肩袖修补术治疗的94例肩袖损伤患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,均47例,对照组患者予以常规康复治疗,研究组在常规康复治疗联合NJF治疗。比较两组术前及术后12周的Constant-Murley(CMS)评分,肩关节活动度。结果两组干预前CMS评分比较无差异(P>0.05);两组干预后CMS各项评分均上升,研究组CMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前肩关节活动度比较无差异(P>0.05);两组干预后肩关节活动度均增加,研究组患者的肩关节活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论NJF在肩袖损伤关节镜术后康复中有显著效果,可改善患者肩关节功能,提升肩关节活动度。Objective To observe the effect of neuromuscular joint promotion technique(NJF)after arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,94 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group by random number table,47 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and in research group were given routine rehabilitation treatment combined with NJF treatment.The Constant-Murley score and shoulder range of motion were compared between the two groups before and 12 weeks after operation.Results There was no difference in CMS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,CMS scores in both groups increased,and CMS scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the range of motion of shoulder joint between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the range of motion of shoulder joint in both groups increased,and the range of motion of shoulder joint in the research group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion NJF has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of rotator cuff injury after arthroscopy,which can improve the shoulder joint function and enhance the shoulder joint mobility.
