摘　　要：传统茶文化中蕴含着“以茶养廉”的理念,经历了萌芽、形成、发展、深化和弘扬五个阶段,逐渐融入人们日常生活,并在文人雅士中传播。随着时间推移,文人雅士开始赋予茶文化更多内涵和道德意义,认为茶具备清正廉洁、勤俭节约以及艰苦奋斗的核心思想。从现代思考来看,强化“以茶养廉”思想宣传教育、拓展“以茶养廉”思想建设阵地、丰富“以茶养廉”思想活动载体,可使“明廉”建设筑牢根基,能促进“清廉”建设提档升级,为“敬廉”建设增添活力,对我国营造崇廉尚洁的良好社会氛围具有重要借鉴意义。The concept of"using tea to maintain integrity"is embedded in traditional tea culture,which has gone through five stages of germination,formation,development,deepening,and promotion,gradually integrating into people's daily lives and spreading among literati and scholars.With the passage of time,literati and scholars began to endow tea culture with more connotations and moral significance,believing that tea utensils should be kept clean and honest,diligent and frugal,and the core ideas of hard work and struggle.From a modern perspective,strengthening the propaganda and education of the idea of"using tea to maintain integrity",expanding the construction base of the idea of"using tea to maintain integrity",and enriching the carriers of the idea of"using tea to maintain integrity"are the solid foundation for the construction of"integrity".They can promote the upgrading of the construction of"integrity",add vitality to the construction of"respecting integrity",and have important reference for creating a good social atmosphere of upholding integrity and cleanness in China.
