摘　　要：“淡淡综合症”是在当代青年群体中普遍流行的一种新型生活观,具体表现为青年群体在情绪状态上的平淡、在兴趣爱好上的寡淡、在社交活动上的冷淡以及在学习工作上的看淡。在主体需求、加速社会、多元思潮及新兴技术等多重因素的影响下,“淡淡综合症”迅速产生并在青年群体中“爆火”,在促进青年心理健康发展、构建青年良性社交活动、强化青年主流价值认同及培育青年奋斗精神等方面产生消极影响。因此,要从提升青年素养、加强社会保障、强化价值引领、增强网络监管等多个维度出发,科学应对青年群体的“淡淡综合症”,共同构筑青年成长、成才的安全屏障。Light syndrome is a new life view popular among contemporary youth groups.This new view of life is embodied in the youth group's bland emotional state,lack of interest,indifference in social activities and lack of study and work.Under the interweaving influence of multiple factors such as main body demand,accelerating society,multiple thoughts of thought and emerging technologies,light syndrome has emerged rapidly and exploded in young people,which is easy to have a negative impact on the promotion of young people's mental health development,the construction of young people's positive social activities,the strengthening of young people's mainstream value identification and the cultivation of young people's struggle spirit.To this end,it is necessary to start from multiple dimensions such as improving self-literacy,strengthening social security,strengthening value guidance,and strengthening network supervision,so as to scientifically deal with the light syndrome of young people,and jointly build a safety barrier for young people to grow and become talented.
