数字基础设施建设能否促进企业绿色转型?——基于“宽带中国”战略的准自然实验

摘　　要：促进企业绿色转型是中国实现高质量发展的重要路径。基于2007—2022年A股上市公司数据,选用多期DID模型,实证检验了数字基础设施建设对企业绿色转型的影响。研究发现,数字基础设施建设对企业的绿色转型有显著的促进作用。作用机制研究显示,数字基础设施建设通过缓解融资约束、强化内部治理及提升市场关注等路径作用于企业的绿色转型发展。异质性分析结果显示,在污染严重、环境规制严格和竞争激烈的行业中,数字基础设施建设对企业绿色转型的影响效应更加显著。研究内容有助于厘清数字基础设施建设与企业绿色转型之间的关系,为促进企业绿色转型提供决策依据。Promoting green transformation of enterprises is an important path to achieve high-quali⁃ty development.Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,this paper adopts the multi-period DID model,and empirically examines the impact of digital infrastructure construc⁃tion on the green transformation of enterprises.It is found that digital infrastructure construction can significantly promote the green transformation of enterprises.The study shows that the construction of digital infrastructure can promote the green transformation of enterprises by easing financing con⁃straints,strengthening internal governance and raising market concern.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the effect of digital infrastructure construction to promote the green transformation of en⁃terprises is more obvious in heavy pollution,fierce competition,environmental regulation industry.This study is helpful to clarify the relationship between digital infrastructure construction and enter⁃prise green transformation,and to provide decision-making basis for promoting enterprise green transformation.
