隔油+气浮+MBR+纳滤工艺在厨余沼液处理工程中的应用

摘　　要：厨余垃圾压滤液的厌氧发酵产物通过离心脱水机进行固液分离,液相即为厨余沼液,具有水质波动大、油脂含量高、有机污染物浓度高并且成分复杂的特点。本文主要介绍湖南省某厨余沼液处理工程的工艺,即“隔油+气浮+MBR+纳滤工艺”,具体介绍了进出水水质、工艺技术特点及调试情况。工程自2020年6月开始工艺设计,从设备安装到调试运行至今,运行稳定,出水指标达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)三级标准。The anaerobic fermentation products of kitchen waste filtrate were separated by centrifugal dehydra-tor,the liquid was kitchen waste fermentation wastewater.Kitchen waste fermentation wastewater has the characteris-tics of large fluctuation in water quality,high oil content,high concentration of organic pollutants and complex compo-sition.This paper mainly expounds the application of oil-seprating tank+air flotation+MBR+NF process in a kitch-en waste fermentation wastewater treatment project in Hu’nan Province.Described the water quality characteristics,the use of technology and operating conditions.The design started from June 2020,from construction to commission-ing and operation till now,the operation is stable,the effluent quality met the third class criteria specified in the Dis-charge Standard of Integrated Wastewater(GB 8978—1996).
