大革命时期中共投身军队政治工作之动因探析

摘　　要：苏俄要求合作者国民党引入军队政治工作,以及其对中共的大力扶持,是中共投身国民党军队政治工作的要因之一。国民党借政工职位吸纳中共党人,取信示好于苏俄,既以此换取俄援,又因之提振士气,是中共从事军队政治工作的要因之二。建党以来工人运动的实践及其挫折,加之武装斗争的大革命氛围,使中共日益认识到军事的重要性。在国民党不允许中共掌握军事指挥权的格局中,政治工作就成为中共军事活动的主要方式,这是中共投身军队政治工作的主因之三。大革命时期中共的军队政治工作,是党走向成功的起点和重要源头,是走向新中国不可或缺的一环。Soviet Russia's demand for the Kuomintang as a collaborator to introduce military political work,as well as its strong support for the CPC,were one of the main reasons for the CPC's involvement in the Kuomintang's military political work.The Kuomintang recruited the members of the CPC through political work positions,gaining trust and showing goodwill towards Soviet Russia.This not only exchanged for Russian aid,but also boosted morale,which was the second main reason why the CPC engaged in military political work.The practice and setbacks of the workers'movement since the founding of the Party,coupled with the atmosphere of armed struggle during the Great Revolution,have made the CPC increasingly realize the importance of military affairs.In the situation where the Kuomintang did not allow the CPC to control military,political work became the main way of the CPC's military activities,which was the third main reason for the CPC's involvement in military political work.The political work of the CPC in the military during the Great Revolution was the starting point and important source for the party's success,and an indispensable part of its journey towards the new China.
