摘　　要：八七会议后,为统筹暴动事宜,中共鄂东北、豫东南、皖西北党组织开始整合、集中,分别建立领导区域内工作的统一机构,向着“区域组织化”迈进。伴随中共重心向乡村转移,特委、中心县委无法适应,组织工作面临调整。中共中央在大别山区建立鄂东北、豫东南、皖西北道委员会,平衡上下级关系,配合苏维埃政权建设,弥补省委、县委间过大的组织差距。道委建立后,未能发挥预期作用。鄂豫皖省委依据不同区域组织状况,调整机构设置,作“组织区域化”再布局,撤销豫东南道委、鄂皖工委,恢复皖西北道委,建成鄂东北、皖西北道委并立苏区的组织格局。限于指导能力及斗争形势,鄂东北、皖西北道委分别陷入“领导过严”与“自主过大”两种窠臼,组织能效有限。道委的创设、调整、实践体现中共由“区域组织化”到“组织区域化”的演进历程,反映出土地革命战争时期中共地方领导机构建设、运行进路,为党的组织建设工作提供经验、教训。After the"August 7th Conference",in order to coordinate issues regarding riots,the party organizations of the CPC in Northeast Hubei,Southeast Henan,and Northwest Anhui began to integrate and centralize,and set up a unified organ to lead the work within their respective regions,moving towards the construction of"regional leading organ".As the work center of the CPC shifted to the countryside,the special committees and central county committees were unable to adapt to the transformation,and their organizational work faced adjustments.In view of this reason,the Central Committee of the CPC set up Channel Region Committees in the Northeast Hubei,Southeast Henan,and Northwest Anhui in the Dabie Mountains,balancing the relationship between superiors and subordinates,assist in the construction of the Soviet regime,and make up for the excessive organizational gap between the provincial committees and the county committees.After the establishment of Channel Region Committees,it failed to play the expected role.Based on the organizational situation of different regions,the Provincial Party Committees of Hubei,Henan,Anhui adjusted the setup of institutions and rearranged the"organizational regionalization",abolished the Southeast Henan Channel Region Committee and the Henan and Anhui Work Committee,reconstructed the Northwest Anhui Channel Region Committee,and formed a coexistence pattern of Northeast Hubei and Northwest Anhui Channel Region Committees.Due to limited to the leading ability and the struggle situation,the Northeast Hubei and Northwest Anhui Channel Region Committees fell into the two problematic patterns of"too strict leadership"and"too much autonomy"respectively,and their organizational energy efficiency was limited.T0x09he establishment,adjustment and practice of the Channel Region Committees reflected the evolution of the CPC's thoughts from"regional organization"to"organizational regionalization",reflecting the construction and operation of the CPC's local leading organs during the Agrarian Revolutionary
