摘　　要：在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设历程中,邓小平高度重视意识形态风险的防范与化解,其思想中蕴含着“识别风险—直面风险—防控风险”的逻辑理路。面对我国意识形态领域风险交织叠加的局面,邓小平善于识别其中之风险,并针对防范化解意识形态风险之何种样态、何以必要、何等重要等问题作出了一系列深刻回答,形成防范化解意识形态风险的问题意识;勇于直面风险,高扬中国共产党人独立自主的主体自觉、勇于斗争的精神姿态、自我革命的勇气担当,培塑中国共产党人防范化解意识形态风险的精神力量;积极防控风险,提出坚持党的领导和改善党的领导、巩固防范化解意识形态风险的物质基础、建设高度的社会主义精神文明、筑牢意识形态重要阵地等要求,为新时代新征程巩固意识形态安全提供了宝贵的理论借鉴和实践指导。In the course of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,Deng Xiaoping had attached great importance to the ideological risk mitigation,and the logic of“identifying risks-facing risks-preventing and controlling risks”was contained in his thoughts.In the face of the interweaving and superposition of risks in the field of ideology,Deng Xiaoping was good at identifying risks,giving a series of profound answers to questions such as why it is necessary,what form and how important it is to prevent and resolve ideological risks,and forming a problem awareness of preventing and resolving ideological risks.He thought we should have the courage to face risks,to promote the Chinese Communists’independent subject consciousness,the spirit of struggle,the courage of self-revolution,and to cultivate the spiritual strength of Chinese Communists to guard against and defuse ideological risks.He thought we should actively prevent and control risks,and put forward requirements such as upholding and improving the Party’s leadership,consolidating the material foundation for preventing and defusing ideological risks,building a high degree of socialist spiritual civilization,and strengthening an important ideological position.All these provide valuable theoretical reference and practical guidance for consolidating ideological security in the new era.
