摘　　要：随着“数据要素X”“人工智能+”计划的推出,新一轮的技术对产业产生了变革性的影响,数据要素与人工智能的深度融合对于我国国力提升的重要性愈加突出。当前我国数据要素产业基础良好,市场初步建立,各级政府和各类企业正在积极围绕数据“供得出”“流得动”“用得好”“能入表”进行活跃探索,取得了一定进展。随着以大模型为代表的人工智能发展对全人类的生产生活产生的深远影响,人工智能与数据要素相互融合相互促进成为了重要的发展趋势和研究重点。With the introduction of"Data Element X"and the"AI+"initiative,a new round of technological revolution has exerted a transformative impact on industries,highlighting the increasing importance of the deep integration of data elements and artificial intelligence(AI)in enhancing the national strength of our country.Currently,the foundation of our country's data element industry is solid,and the market has been preliminarily established.Governments at all levels and various enterprises are actively exploring around the data being"supplied","flowing","utilized effectively"and"incorporated into accounts",achieving certain progress.As the development of AI,represented by large models,has a profound impact on the production and life of all mankind,the mutual integration and promotion of AI and data elements have become an important trend for development and a key research focus.
