数据质量特征视角下的地球科学数据重用影响因素研究——三个科学数据平台的比较分析

摘　　要：开放科学时代,科学数据的开放共享成为必然要求,而数据重用是其主要目标。尽管国内外已建设了多种科学数据开放共享平台,但对于这些平台的数据重用效果与数据开放特征之间的关系仍缺乏深入的研究。本文立足地球科学领域,对3个国内外的开放数据平台(国家青藏高原科学数据中心、NCAR研究数据档案和Figshare)进行了定量分析,旨在探讨影响科学数据重用的关键因素。研究发现:数据质量对科学数据的重用有显著影响。据此,本文从数据平台、科研人员、图书馆和期刊出版商4个维度提出了促进科学数据重用的策略建议。In the era of open science,the open sharing of scientific data has become an inevitable requirement,with data reuse as its main goal.Although a variety of scientific data open sharing platforms have been constructed at home and abroad,there is still a lack of in-depth research on the relationship between the effectiveness of data reuse and the characteristics of data openness on these platforms.Focusing on the field of geoscience,this paper quantitatively analyzes three scientific data platforms—National Tibetan Plateau Data Center,NCAR Research Data Archive,and Figshare—with the goal of identifying the key factors affecting scientific data reuse.The findings reveal that data quality significantly impact the reuse of scientific data.Accordingly,this paper proposes strategies to promote scientific data reuse from four perspectives:data platforms,researchers,libraries,and journal publishers.
