摘　　要：《简效惠济方书》在流传过程中长期与《袖珍方》混淆,古今著录不一。上海中医药大学图书馆藏有此书一部。通过对编撰者、校录者生平,以及序文、卷端题署等内容考察可知,两书混淆是因为书商换序文、易书名的作伪活动所致。《惠济方》内容及来源的考察,也证实此书的最后成书时间为嘉靖年间。Jianxiao Huiji Fangshu has been always confused with Xiuzhen Fang in the process of spread,and the descriptions in ancient and modern edition are different.This book has been collected in the library of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Through the analysis of biography experience of the compiler and proofreader,as well as some physical characteristics such as the preface and the end of the volume,it can be seen that the confusion between the two books is due to the forgery activities of the bookseller to falsify the preface and title of the book.To investigate the content and source of Huijifang also confirmed that this book was completed during the Jiajing period of The Ming dynasty.
