大鼠、豚鼠、兔、猪4种动物体外皮肤模型在去角质功效评价中的应用比较

摘　　要：通过对大鼠、豚鼠、兔和猪4种动物的体外皮肤模型进行组织结构的比较观察,评估它们在化妆品去角质功效评价中的适用性。使用去角质磨砂膏处理后,4种动物皮肤模型应用苏木精-伊红染色(HE)后镜下阅片,可见角质层均呈现不同的组织学形态。空白对照的皮肤角质层呈带状均匀分布在表皮上,排列较为紧密,并无明显的角质层脱落或游离。而试验组的皮肤模型则观察到角质层外层疏松、脱落、变薄的现象。结果表明,不同动物的皮肤模型在角质层的变化上可能会有所差异,4种动物体外皮肤模型都可以作为化妆品去角质功效评价的选择。By comparing the tissue structure of in vitro skin models of rats,guinea pigs,rabbits and pigs,their applicability in the evaluation of cosmetic exfoliation efficacy were evaluated.After treatment with exfoliating scrub,four animal skin models were stained with hematoxylin-eosin staining(HE)and examined under the microscope.It was observed that the Stratum corneum presented different histological morphology.The Stratum corneum of the blank control was uniformly distributed in a strip shape on the epidermis,arranged relatively tightly,and there was no obvious detachment or detachment of the Stratum corneum.The skin model of the experimental group was observed to have a loose,detached and thinned outer layer of the Stratum corneum.These observations indicates that different animal skin models may differ in the changes in the Stratum corneum,but all four animal in vitro skin models can be used as options for evaluating the exfoliation efficacy of cosmetics.
