技术异质性下中国农业碳全要素生产率时空演变及提升路径研究

摘  要:【目的】提升农业碳全要素生产率(CTFP)对实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。【方法】基于2005—2022年30个省(区、市)的面板数据,在测算省际农业碳汇量的基础上,构建DDF-MGML生产率指数模型对中国农业CTFP进行测算,并考察其时空演变特征及提升路径。【结果】①中国农业CTFP年均增长1.69%,技术进步是其主要驱动力,技术差距比率和技术效率的贡献有限。②农业CTFP增长具有明显的空间非均衡性,呈现“东高—中次—西低”的特征。③中国农业CTFP提升路径包括追赶效应、技术创新效应和技术领导者效应3种。【结论】提升中国农业CTFP,应着力缩小地区间技术差距,制定差异化提升策略,强化区域间交流与合作。【Objective】Improving the agricultural carbon total factor productivity(CTFP)is of great sig⁃nificance to realize the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.【Method】Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(cities and districts)in China from 2005 to 2022,this paper measured provincial agricul⁃tural carbon sinks,constructed the DDF-MGML productivity index model to measure China´s agricul⁃tural CTFP,and explored its spatial-temporal evolutionary characteristics and enhancement paths.【Result】①China´s agricultural CTFP grew at an average annual rate of 1.69%,and agricultural lowcarbon technological progress was the main driver of its growth,while the low-carbon technology gap ra⁃tio and technological efficiency had limited contributions.②The spatial imbalance of China´s agricul⁃tural CTFP growth was remarkable,showing a decreasing spatial pattern of"east-central-west".③The growth path of China´s agricultural CTFP could be divided into the catch-up effect,the technological in⁃novation effect and the technology leader effect.【Conclusion】In order to promote the growth of China´s agricultural CTFP,we should minimize the technological gap between regions,develop enhancement dif⁃ferent strategies and strengthen interregional exchanges and cooperation.
