摘  要:【目的】探究厨余垃圾生物炭对农田复合污染土壤的修复效果及对其碳动态的影响。【方法】采用土壤培养试验,将不同温度(300、500、600℃)制备的厨余垃圾生物炭添加到镉(Cd)-砷(As)复合污染土壤中,分析厨余垃圾生物炭对土壤中Cd、As的固定效果、土壤性质及酶活性的影响,同时探究其对土壤有机碳库的影响。【结果】与对照(CK)相比,300℃生物炭(B3)和600℃生物炭(B6)施用能显著降低土壤有效态Cd含量,分别降低了7.7%和15.4%,但二者对As有效性无显著影响。与CK相比,施加B3显著提高了土壤碱解氮、有机质含量、过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶的活性,分别提高了33.7%、283.6%、18.2%和33.1%;但B6处理下显著降低了土壤脲酶活性,且施加生物炭均降低了蔗糖酶活性。此外,与CK相比,B3处理下土壤总有机碳(TOC)、易氧化有机碳(EOC)和颗粒性有机碳(POC)含量显著增加了283.2%、227.1%和117.4%,但由于不稳定碳的增加导致土壤碳库稳定性指数(CSI)降低。【结论】厨余垃圾生物炭还田可降低土壤Cd有效性,提升土壤肥力,实现以废治废,协同提升土壤碳储量,同时为厨余垃圾的资源化合理利用提供数据支撑。【Objective】The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of kitchen waste biochar on heavy metals remediation and soil carbon storage in the contaminated cropland soil.【Method】To achieve this,a soil incubation experiment was conducted by adding 300,500 and 600℃kitchen waste biochar to cadmium(Cd)and arsenic(As)co-contaminated soil.We determined the effects of kitchen waste biochar on soil and enzyme activities,soil organic carbon content,and the availabilities of Cd and As.【Result】As compared to the control(CK),the addition of 300℃biochar(B3)and 600℃biochar(B6)significantly reduced the available Cd by 7.7%and 15.4%,respectively,while had no significant impact on As availability.As compared to CK,B3 treatment significantly increased soil alkaline nitro⁃gen,organic matter content,catalase and phosphatase activities by 33.7%,283.6%,18.2%and 33.1%,respectively.However,B6 treatment significantly reduced soil urease activity.The application of different biochar treatments resulted in a decrease in sugarcane enzyme activity.Furthermore,as compared to CK,the total organic carbon,B3 treatment significantly increased easily oxidizable organic carbon and particulate organic carbon contents by 283.2%,227.1%and 117.4%,respectively.The soil carbon pool stability index decreased due to the increase of unstable carbon under the treatment of B3.【Conclusion】Adding kitchen waste biochar to cropland soil has a number of positive effects,including a decrease in the avail⁃ability of Cd,an increase in soil carbon storage,an improvement in soil fertility,an enhanced soil car⁃bon sink,and waste management for kitchen waste.
