摘  要:电石法制聚氯乙烯(PVC)属于高耗能产业之一。运用SimaPro软件,对该工艺中电石冶炼、乙炔制备、聚乙烯(VCM)合成和PVC合成四个主要工序单元进行了生命周期评价。选取了18个环境影响评价指标,并核算了温室气体排放量,有效识别出PVC生产过程中碳排放较为集中的阶段,并提出了6种途径促进PVC生产过程的节能减碳。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)produced by calcium carbide is one of the high-energy-consuming industries.Using SimaPro software,life cycle evaluation was carried out on the four main process units of the process:calcium carbide smelting,acetylene preparation,polyethylene(VCM)synthesis and PVC synthesis.Eighteen environmental impact assessment indicators were selected and greenhouse gas emissions were calculated to effectively identify the stage where carbon emissions were concentrated in the PVC production process,and six ways to promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in the PVC production process were proposed.
